First Group Discussion: Task Distribution , Draft Interface & Project Planning
In our first group discussion, we focused on establishing a clear direction for our assignment project. We began by carrying out the task distribution, ensuring that each member had a specific role aligned with their strengths. This helped us create a more organised workflow and ensured that every part of the project would be managed efficiently.
Next, we moved on to the drafting of our interface design, where we shared ideas, compared references, and sketched out the initial layout for the website we plan to improve. This stage allowed us to visualise the overall look and user experience of our project. We also discussed several potential websites and finally agreed on the one we want to enhance based on its content gaps, layout issues, and opportunities for better design.
Lastly, we discussed time management and planning, especially on how we will conduct future meetings, share progress, and complete each task before the deadline. By setting a clear timeline and communication plan, our group aims to stay consistent and productive throughout the project.
Overall, this first discussion helped us build a strong foundation for the upcoming tasks, and we are confident that the project will continue to progress smoothly with good teamwork and planning.
