Second Group Discussion Progression of Assignment Group – Online Discussion via Google Meet

 

This second week of our design assignment marked a meaningful step forward as our group continued to refine our prototype based on real user input. We conducted our discussions and collaborative work through an online meeting held on Google Meet, which allowed everyone to share ideas, review feedback, and make decisions efficiently despite not being physically together. The virtual session helped us stay organized and focused as we analyzed the interview results collected earlier.

During the meeting, we took time to thoroughly discuss the insights from our interviewees. Their feedback highlighted several areas where our initial prototype did not fully meet expectations. Some features were unclear, while others did not address the actual problems users faced. Instead of seeing this as a limitation, we viewed it as an opportunity to enhance our design and create something more meaningful and practical.

Together, we identified which parts of the prototype needed major adjustments and brainstormed new solutions that better aligned with user needs. We explored improvements in usability, functionality, and overall user experience. By the end of our Google Meet session, we had a clearer direction and a stronger commitment to refining our prototype.

Week 2 reminded us that good design is an ongoing process of listening, learning, and improving. With better insights and a collaborative online workflow, our updated prototype is now moving closer to meeting real user expectations.
